Creating a vision board reminds you of the things you want to call into and a reminder to let go or release the things that no longer serves you.
I’ve been doing vision boards for over 10 years and still have them. Most of the things I called in on those boards came true.
The best part of creating a vision board is that it connects mind, body, and spirit (MBS). You’ve heard me talk about the importance of MBS and its healing powers.
Your subconscious mind engages with spirit and in a way activates the power of imagery and the law of attraction. All this by just having fun and building community!
