Tapping into your spiritual gift
Have you ever had a strong gut feeling? How about hearing an inner voice that sounds like it was outside? How about an idea in the form of a picture pops up in your head? That is your intuition activating.
All too often, we forget our minds are powerful tools to possess as well as use. When we connect to our mind, body, and spirit, our intuition activates our creative expression. It often encourages you to align your passion with your job. That is not necessarily the case for all of us, so learning to tap into your intuition for daily living is another way to connect.
Learning about the clairs
Learn which type(s) of empathic gifts you possess is a start. There is clairvoyance, clairsentience, clairaudience, clairtangency, and claircognizance.
- Clairvoyance is clear seeing or psychic vision.
- Clairaudience is clear hearing or psychic hearing
- Clairsentience is clear feeling/sensing or psychic feeling/sensing, including clairempathy
- Clairtangency is clear touching or, more commonly, psychometry
- Claircognizance (clear knowing or psychic knowing)
As I cut the deck and am connecting to the person for the reading, I see pictures in my third eye or I hear something in my right ear.
I have learned to understand which side of my body the spirit enter. Also, I may feel the energy state of the person. When I am doing a reading, I have to be careful to not allow my own thoughts enter the space.
Get Comfortable with who you are
One thing that prevents us from connecting to our intuition is the need to be accepted by others. Some of your friends may not like it and stop talking to you. You must be comfortable with feeling your self-worth, self-value, and self-love. Getting comfortable with who you are and tapping into your passion is a decision that you must be ready to make.
Practice connection
How do you recognize that your intuition is talking to you? There is a whole process and practice that connects your mind to connect to your spirit and body. We start by getting still and listening to our breath. The breath pushes oxygen and vital nerve symbols to critical parts of the body. Becoming aware of the breath and then relaxing the body enough to go into a theta state where your heart rate is slower, and you can cognitively connect to your third eye.

Mindset
Identify the ideas that are coming into your head. Determine which ones are encouraged by others (parent, friend, etc.) or your original idea. Take that vision, place it into the center of your heart, and allow flow from your crown through the heart and down to the feet.
Setting the container
Using the energy apply gratitude or joy around the vision and see the energy ball grow around it. Enjoy connecting and using your intuition. It will align with all that serves your highest purpose.
